-> Late Check-Out : is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges apply – prior to 6:00pm at 50% of the nightly rate, after 6pm 100% of the nightly rate.
-> Child Policy : Children 02 – 10 years sharing with parents are on a complimentary bedding basic room only. Additional breakfast is at IDR. 100.000/person. Child under 02 years are based on complimentary. Baby cot is free of charge based on availability due to limited unit.
-> Number in Party / Suitability of Booking :
- 01 Bedroom villa : 02 adults. Recommended not to use an extra bed.
- 02 Bedrooms villa : 04 adults with 02 children or 06 adults with 02 extra beds.
- 03 Bedrooms villa : 06 adults with 03 children or 09 adults with 03 extra beds.
The number of person occupying a Villa must not exceed the maximum number stated above or in the booking confirmation. Arman Villa reserves the right to refuse any booking which is unsuitable for particular Villa.
-> Booking policy : Booking confirmation and notice of cancellation must be received by Arman Villa Bali in writing via email or fax. Once the reservation is confirmed, the total amount of stay will be charged on the day of reservation.
-> Terms of Payment : Payment by Cash, Arman Villas requires minimum 2007 edition and start from H series onward for payment by cash in US dollars. Any payment arrangement except by cash will requiring a transaction fee.
-> Cancellation Policy : This reservation is Non-Refundable and cannot be Amended or Modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In case of a No-Show your room(s) will be released and subject to the terms and conditions.
